We also offer eBooks in PDF file format for download at low cost with no shipping charges. We encourage international  customers to download eBooks from Persona Digital.

Formulas  Online prices are lower than retail list prices. You will see the initial savings with each product description. For regular formula users, more savings are available with quantity discounts on many products. These discounts are calculated automatically when you order. New customers should order small quantities of formulas to evaluate. You need to try the formulas and confirm that the formulas meet your requirements before you order in quantity. Take advantage of a generous supply of information online. Before you order formulas, read the ingredient list and confirm that all ingredients are suitable.  Please note all discounted sales are final with no return privileges.

Looking ahead to a challenging 2012: Our ingredient and  freight costs have escalated dramatically. By drastically reducing our local overhead we have continued to offer low prices and quantity discounts online thru 2011. As we better  understand the increasing costs, in January 2012 we will adjusting our prices, and reducing our discounts.

Starter Packs are designed for people who want to learn more about solving health problems and try a formula. The books require study and new learning. You can try the formula and assess your tolerance. If it is suitable, order more. Starter Packs are discounted up to 35%, but you cannot return them, so please read the product descriptions carefully before you order.

1 Logon or Create a New Account If you are new to Alpha Online, click logon to go to the account page and click Create a New Alpha Online Account. This is fast, easy and safe. Use your  email address as your user ID and enter a password. Complete your address information and you have an account. Please double check that your entered your email address correctly since all our correspondence with you is done by email.  Save your password so that you can return to Alpha Online to access your account, check order status and create new orders

If you have already added items to your shopping cart, just click checkout to complete your order. Or to create an order, just click products and services to browse the product catalogue.  Whenever you return to Alpha Online, logon before you order items.

2  Create an Order: Find products, please see Product Lists use  Advanced Search for more search options. Click View to see product details and Add items you want to your shipping cart.  When you change any item in your shopping cart, click Update to see the changes. To complete an order, click Checkout.  Before checkout, you can Save an unfinished order and return to it later even if you leave the store. Just return to your Account and logon.

The seller reserves the right to alter or refuse an order by notifying the Buyer by email and by refunding money already paid by the Buyer. Alpha Online is an internet service  that depends on email correspondence. Direct Interaction with Alpha Nutrition is limited to Internet Online Ordering, and email correspondence . We are sorry, but we cannot accept telephone orders for our products and services.

Select and add items to shopping cart >> you can leave cart to continue shopping> return to cart> >review and update order if desired >> proceed to checkout >> logon to your account or create a new account > choose shipping and payment methods> add comments if desired>> if errors, go back and correct shipping, payment information>>  Review finished order and click submit order>> your order is sent to Alpha Online and a link to your order number and information is available in your account. A order confirmation email is sent to you. When we ship, you will receive an email from Canada Post with a link to your tracking information. Save this link so that if your need to track the shipment you can go directly to tracking information.>> Prepare to receive shipment.

If you are already logged in, don't log in a second time, just click shopping cart to see the contents of your cart, continue selecting items to order and proceed to checkout when you are finished.
